Why my SSN is invalid?
Hi!

I'm trying to use my SSN for some online services for the identification purposes. But it keeps giving 'an invalid SSN'. I've tried with(out) dashes... no luck.

I tried to validate my ssn using this website: http://www.ssnvalidator.com/

Date of this report:November 25, 2013
State of Issuance:None Available.
Approx. Date of Issuance:None Available.
Issuance Status:According to Social Security Administration data, this SSN has NOT been issued as of the Social Security Administration's switch to 'Randomization' on June 25, 2011. Sorry, this website is unable to verify social security numbers issued after this date.
SSA Death Masterfile:No record as of 10-31-2013

I've valid card paper which is issued in SJ, California, 6-7 months back..

What can be issue?

Thanks!

You need to contact SSN asap and ask them to issue a new one or check to ensure the SSN was registered properly.

UM.... did you read the error? Its says that the website is 'unable to verify ss# issued after this date' ... June 2011. Your card is newer so it would not show up.

That's a question for Social Security amigo. If they gave you a card then the number on that card should be legit and in their system. If you got the card from anywhere else it's most likely you got a fake card. I'd call them first thing in the morning and find out what the story is on that.
