I am struggling to see why you need to ask this question! If you dont know the girl and have no reason to remain "friends" with her and she is making you uncomfortable then just remove her from facebook and problem solved! Its not difficult really.

Best thing to do, considering you dont know her in real life, delete & block. Quick, simple and you'll never have to speak to her again Smile
