Cant access some websites from my home wifi.?

Cant access some websites from my home wifi.?
I cant access twitter from my home WIFI, not even on my laptop or my phone. I cant send snaps on snapchat when i am connected to my home wifi but i can receive them and many more. Its not my laptop or phone that has the problem because it seems to work flawlessly when i am connected to other WIFI network when i am at my friends house. I am using a Netgear Router and my ISP is Utilitywarehouse which provides internet through TalkTalk.

I think your ISP has some problems and also RESET not reset your wifi router if you checked any other router on your room then it can be helpful.
