Unable to download Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.?

When I download Mozilla Firefox, and the download finishes,the download starts again instead of starting the installation process and this thing goes on. I have only one browser, that is Internet Explorer. The same problem mentioned above happens when I try to download Google Chrome.

Settings - Goto control panel -add or remove select -windows component -internet explorer -ok

And try to install chrome browser ..

Please try downloading the full set up file instead of the down-loader application. If this doesn't helps try to install them with the computer booted as safe-mode with networking. Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help you further.

it is because mozzila and chrome officially provide installers (about 1 mb) then they will download install software (about 25 mb), you can try offline installers, search on Google for offline installers of chrome or mozzila, you will get the direct setup on official or other sites..
