Is it possible for a person to follow me if I block them on twitter?

I've blocked a person from my school on twitter. I don't private my tweets so it can be seen publicly. She follows me. Will she be able to see my tweets update after blocking her?

No they won't be able to follow you, though because your tweets are public, they can still go to your profile page and see your tweets (twitter.com/username).. they just won't appear in that persons twitter feed.

Blocked users cannot:
- Add your Twitter account to their lists.
- Have their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search).
- Follow you.
- See your profile picture on their profile page or in their timeline.
