Help Please! i want to create a vpn to a vps that is running?

windows server 2008 r2 , i basically want the vpn to utilize the remote computer's internet connection cause it has a low ping to the internet ; so i added roles , network policy and stuff ? and then i created a vpn connection on my own computer , but it doesn't work , i also tried "accept incoming connections" on the remote server , but that didn't work either , can someone explain thoroughly or give me a useful link cause all the links i've visited so far were useless,

i've also tried 3rd party softwares like hamachi and softether , they didn't work
