I Won A Bid On EBay, Can't Contact the Seller?

I had finally found this shirt that I was in love with at topshop but it was out of stock so I went to eBay. I found a girl who was selling hers, bidded, and won. I live in the U.S., the seller lives in the U.K.
I click pay now but it says " Topshop Uk12 Scallop Trim Canary Yellow Crop Top BlouseQty:1GBP 7.50
Please change your address or contact the seller to request an exception by requesting total. "
I requested an exception by contacting the seller, haven't heard anything in 2 days. But she has alot of positive feedback. There's also another girl who's selling the same shirt, but the auction ends in an hour . I've talked to her and she says she does ship to the U.S. (also from U.K.)
Should I bid for this one and forget about the one I won? Or should I wait until I hear something from the seller of the auction I won?

Do not assume the first seller is not going to allow the sale. You may end up having to pay for both of them. It is the weekend and the fist seller may not be able to determine if they are going to be able to do it or not until Monday at the earliest. You should not bid on items with no shipping listed for your country without contacting them first.

Not all eBay sellers are sitting by their computers. Some have jobs and family etc. did the first sellers item say she shipped to the US? Not everyone ships internationally. Did you enquire about shipping costs before you bid? It's always a good idea to check, sometimes the shipping is more than the item itself and you mightn't be happy with that. Email the seller (first one) again and request an updated invoice. Tell her that otherwise can she cancel the sale so you can buy it elsewhere. At the moment you are still obliged to pay the first seller. If you buy from the second seller you may well end up with two!
