These days, businesses, organizations, schools, and even individuals take advantage of adding online forms to their sites, blogs and page to collect data. Contact forms are good forms to gather personal information. Survey forms are great online communications tool that you can use. I created a contact form for my small business' site from rushforms.com. As users log in and fill the form out as soon as they click on the submit button, I am able to get their information. And yes, I keep them in a storage.
