Popup blocker help?

I got a new computer a few months ago. It's a Toshiba Windows 8. I got sick of all the pop ups so I downloaded a popup blocker. However, after doing this, I relized this popup blocker is effecting the chrome store. I can't download anything because of this blocker but I dont know how to remove it. anyone good with computers? haha.

well on google chrome when you try to download look at the Top right handside of the chromebrowser ,you will find a pop up error just click on that and allow it...

Click on the start menu. Click control panel. Click "programs and features" (or it may be called something else on your computer). Look for the name of the pop up blocker in the list of all the software downloaded on your computer. Double click it to uninstall it.

If you want back pop-up ads than uninstall blocker, follow simple steps:
Open Google Chrome browser
Click on tools>extensions>get more extensions
Uninstall ad-blocker from here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/categ...s?hl=en-US

In the same way you can uninstall ad-blocker in Mozilla browser also via Tools>Add-ons
