Should I ask her out?
I tried to flirt with this girl on FB. She didn't seem interested so I asked her about the activist organization she is in. It worked I got her number and her attention.

We met up for coffee and she had got me to really commit to starting a chapter at my school but I texted her yesterday and told her a new job came up and that I wasn't able to fully commit right now and that I was sorry to flake. She was really understanding and told me to come to a film night her school is doing this week. She also suggested we talk more about it once i settled into my job.

I haven't hit on her and our conversations have not steered toward an interest in her. But the fact is I know she remembers I was kinda flirty with my first emails to her a few months back.

The one thing we have really connected on besides her volunteer work is music. She and I like some of the same artist. And a few days ago I noticed she had listened to the same album i was. (we both use the Spotify app)

I sent her a playlist saying "I noticed we share taste in music and wanted to share some stuff with you, you may not have heard."
She replied saying "THAT PLAYLIST HAS MADE MY LIFE GREAT!"

Is this a good sign? Should I ask her out when I go to her groups film night?
