Problem with HD youtube videos in google chrome?
Whenever i watch a video in HD on youtube it starts to display this weird green and purple stuff and i can't watch the video. the sound is fine and my connection is fine, there is no buffering and this wasn't a problem until recently. As soon as i put the video back to 360p it displays the video perfectly.
How do i fix this issue? Ads |

A GREEN screen is a sign that your Cache, Virtual Memory or PageFiling is filled-up
and can't take any more, especially if you've viewed a lot of vids.   Simply delete your Cache, Cookies and History; then clear your Memory with a shutdown & fresh reboot. Afterwards, you'll freak at how good and trouble-free your YouTube will be. →  ≡  or wrench  → Tools  →  Clear browsing data →  the beginning of time ▼ [x] Clear browsing history [x] Empty the cache [x] Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data →  Clear browsing data Don't forget to totally shutdown+reboot afterwards. Other possibilities + solutions: -- Turn off your modem AND router for 30 seconds, and then turn them back on again. -- Right-click any video, click "Settings" and uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration". -- Disable any Adblock add-on, play a video; then re-enable the Adblock the next day. -- You might have a conflict with another player, (Chrome Pepperflash or Real Player).    If that's the case, disable/uninstall it, and when you'd like it back, simply reinstall it. -- Disable your AV utility while on YouTube, since you can't get a virus from YouTube. -- You may unknowingly be using ''HTML5'' rather than "Flash''. To be sure, click here    http://www.youtube.com/html5 and opt out. :-) Ads |
