Please help! Feel so empty inside.?
I was in a play with a couple of kids and we hung out during the breaks in the rehearsals. I really came to like some of them and some of the adults too. The play ended recently and I really enjoyed it. At the after party we hung out, I was saying my goodbyes and I wasn't thinking about how I might never see them again. It took me halfway through the car ride to realize that I'll never see them again and that the play was over. Now during and at the end of everyday, I keep thinking that I'll have a rehearsal or a show but I always realize that it is over. I loved those people and they were my greatest friends and I'll never see them again. I'm still in school and I've been having random bursts of emotion and depression (over the play and random things). At first I tried to track them down so we could hangout sometime, but for some of them they don't use social media that much and I didn't ask for their phone numbers during the show (wasn't thinking ahead). I'm also depressed because I really enjoyed acting but I don't think I'll ever do it again because I enjoyed doing that specific show and I don't think I'll enjoy other shows as much and I don't want to lose anymore friends by never seeing them again. I don't know what to do in my free time anymore and I feel so empty inside. Anyway to solve that or even ideas to get back in contact with my cast members? Any comments are appreciated.
Thanks Sean for the answer. I do have a good amount of friends but those people in the play were just so great to me in ways I don't even understand. I just loved them more then any of my other current friends. If people are trying to figure out how I can contact them, some of us do go to the same music studio but I don't know who to ask or if the people I ask will answer me.

. . Recite "Empty Empty Empty, Fill Fill Fill, Run Run Run" repeatedly.
. . It is the magic word to make you free from all hurt.
. . It is the magic word to open the door of Bravery Power Success.

What you explained sounds like what is called the "rubber band theory". This means that as humans, we get really up, up, up when we are surrounded by special and creative people (the folks in the play); then, when we are removed from them, we go down, down, down. It's like the rubber band snaps back the other way. However, I noticed something in the way you were writing. You had the thought that you would "never see them again" before you started back in your life without the play. That thought alone may be keeping you from meeting-up with them again. Instead, try thinking that you will see them again, and I bet after doing this for several weeks, you will have an opportunity arise that allows you have a reunion.

Meanwhile -- try looking them up in the phone book (as outdated as that sounds).
