Yes, gruvr is very much reliable; I have found tickets using gruvr twice - once for Jonas Brothers in Boston, once for The Dead in Worcester MA. In both cases I got email alerts as the prices dropped, and found the identical tickets selling on other sites for about 5% more.

Gruvr does not sell the tickets directly but searches the major sources like Ticketmaster Exchange and routes you to them for checkout.

Gruvr also maintains public list of 'endorsement' tweets on their Favorites list on their twitter account: http://twitter.com/gruvr/favorites Those tweets are unsolicited remarks from real people on twitter who bought tickets -- if you're on twitter you could contact them directly and ask. That's very different from what other sites do. You can also DM gruvr on twitter and ask for discount coupons or to match a price.
