How can I change Google Chrome language?

My Google Chrome is in Filipino, I want to change it to English but how?
My Google Chrome is totally different now, its v. 14

1. Start Google Chrome

2. Go to Google Chrome Options, from right side toolbar menu

3. Now click the tab named Under the Hood on Google chrome options window – Scroll down and click the button which says Change Font and Language Settings

4. You will now see new dialog window which allows to change Google chrome default font settings and languages

5. Select the Language tab and change your language to English

6. hit OK and you should be good to go
