Why did google take my site off 1st page?

my sites homepage still shows up on Google's first page of results for st George neck pain, back pain, whiplash etc. But for the search term "st George chiropractor" it went from the top three listings to non existent. I made no changes to the page before this change and it happened in mid june. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. My site url is http://stgeorgechiropractic.com/

Just checked your site and it has been indexed by google and I believe that its due to the low quality backlinks. Please do check your backlinks and remove unwanted low authority page linking to your site.

Google has probably changed how the ranking works again. They do that all the time. I use a company called Backlinksgenie.com to get my earring website ranked. I have used it for three months and am now on page one for one of my search keywords. I am very happy with the service.
