Does Google use Impressions and Click through rate as a ranking factor?
If my website gets on the first page of google for a key word and there are a lot of users clicking on it?
Do I get any points in SEO ranking for the clicks that are happening? Will my ranking further go high because more people are clicking on my website link in google search results? Ads |

If people select your link over other links on the front page then it does help your rankings. Having a good title and meta tags help to be selected.

More is not necessarily better. Google is well aware people try to engineer clicks. Quality clicks leading to stickiness and conversion are far better than a bot that gives you 100k random hits that do nothing.

Google only has limited capabilities of seeing on site activity (unless you have analytics installed) they can get a sampling of bounce rates by the number of people who immediately return to search after visiting a site.
I have seen some paying people on Microworkers to search a certain term and click a site, I can't say how well that proposed tactic works, of course having a small number of people doing a lot if clicking is going to harm your ranking. |

Google has very smart algorithm and you only get benefit of real traffic so only impressions and click through rate is not a ranking factor.
