Does anybody know a good free website to blog?

I want to start a blog with my own domain name but everyone I can find I have to use something like
(my Website Name).wordpress.com or .BlogSpot.com I would like one without that does anyone know if it exists remember I need it to be free im only fourteen

There are no good free domain names, they cost about $12/yr, with first year teaser discounts available. One example free domain was co.cc. Google removed all 11 Million .co.cc sites from their index after observing a high frequency of fraud from these easy to get, poorly managed TLDs, some free subdomain sites do well in search engines.
