How can I bypass a 200M per half an hour download restriction on a hotel's free WiFI?
I'm currently staying in a hotel with a free WiFI hotspot. I've created a user and logged and everything was working just fine until the connection was lost and a message that said I've reached the 200MB download per half an hour limit appeared. Is there any way to bypass that or "conceal" my internet use so that I won't effectively be restricted?
Thank you so much! Ads |

No way around this. your computers name is stored on the hotels server and is kept there till your half hour is up and is removed. Proxies and VPNs wont work either, 200 MB is the same if you are on one or not. If you send 200 MB through the router, it knows you hit it no matter what way you did.
