Twitter is forbidden?!?!?!?
Twitter keeps forbiddening me. And everyday it takes 1 following away from me?!?! PLEASE HELP!

You need to contact twitter. It sounds like you have been blocked or suspended, maybe because of spamming? You do have limits and may have gone over yours.

Try creating another account and see what happens.
