Get the s4. Android has a great amount of apps that run well on anything. Also you can easily get emulators and customizations.

They are good, but not as good.

iOS also has the majority in comparison.

Apps are always released on iphone first, and updates always go to iphone first (this is because iphone apps make far more money then any other platform, and people also use iphones far more then other platforms).
Its also common to find the same apps on both platforms, and then realize the android version is far outdated. Seen this multiples times now.

Best security by far is also iphone.

The android version is just as good as the apple version and in some cases better and do more. I have some android apps and the apple app for the same program on my ipad and galaxy phone but the android app allows me to do more then the apple apps does due to the apple restrictions. Also many apps that are pay apps in iTunes are free in the android play store.

For example the program called bump on androids allows me to share things like apps to other devices and the apple version does not allow it.

Besides the app issue the galaxy phones are better then the iPhones and the galaxy 3 is the same generation as the iPhone 5 the galaxy 4 is newer and does way more then anything currently on the market.

The amount and quality of ios apps and android apps are equal. And most of apps on App Store are paid. And If you use iphone you should jailbreak your iphone which is illegal to get paid apps free. But android doesn't need to. And all galaxy is better than iphone 5. So I think galaxy is better
