ok the last time i downloaded a psp game and it was a big file and after i finished downloaded it, my sister when to use the computer, she says the internet connection is slowed down, but later it get back to normal a lil bit, so i just want to know how to not effect the internet connection speed without slow it down when i download big files

Read your question again slowly and you'll see why it doesn't make sense.

You're asking how can you use bandwidth without using any bandwidth. If you're downloading a file, you're using bandwidth, leaving less available for other users who share the connection.

If you don't want to have any effect on the other people in your home who use the Internet connection, you would have to actually get your own Internet connection, separate from theirs.
