Can't reset facebook password?

Hi all
I forgot my fb password and when I tell it to send it to my email it never turns up. So I send it to my phone, reset the pw and recieve the conformation link. When I click this link it asks me to login first, when I do it just says please click the link in your SMS, so I end up in a loop

Does anybody know how to get around this?

It does it at home and at work so not a location problem

Checked spam box and it's not in there

You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. They will send you a conformation link to your mail ID or Phone when click on that click on that link it will automatically it will Login, if it doesn't Login you need to copy the conformation link and paste it in a new tab then it will Login automatically.

Important thing You need to copy the link and paste it in a new tab this method will surely work.

Still doesn't work, just says you need to login first, also when I click resend the verification text it just comes up saying something went wrong and it won't resend it, tried this on my work and home pc and get the same.

Do you think fb could have an issue?

I would try on another location device and email fb

If it Sent you a Link to your Phone Visit the Link and it Should Bring you to a Page Where you Can Change your Password if That Doesint Work Try the Email Again if its Not Showing up In your Inbox Check your Junk Folder Maybe Your Email Mismarked Facebook as Junk By a Mistake

you have to click on forgot password and follow the steps that appears on screen. After mobile verification or email verification, you will be able to change your password and you can log in to your account.
