Let me start off by saying, he has a girlfriend. It's nothing serious, they don't even talk. I think they're dating because her sister is going out with his friend. And she's kind of a b****. I'm not going to try to break them up, I swear, I just want to get his attention. He's such a nice person and he's very kind and he's also athletic. He's a bit weird but it's not anything creepy, it's cute. He gets awkward and flustered and I find that adorable.

I don't use Twitter, Facebook or Instagram so that won't work. I can't ask for his number because that'd be weird. We don't have any mutual friends because his friends are all really sporty and popular.

I've caught him looking at me before. Like, he was turned towards me and was looking at me. Not sure if it's because his friend likes me or not but i don't know.

Well for one thing guys don't like girls that flirt with other multiple guys. What catches my attention personally is how they walk , talk, and even laugh. We like girls that don't take shit too serious & likes to play around a little ( like play fighting, even talking shit lol, but in a playful way. But not too serious) A girl that's nice is always welcomed. But mean if she has to be . A girl that's not afraid to stand up to you. Will tell you something straight up. Honesty's important. Also, a girl that's funny makes a huge difference. We like to laugh, just like girls do.

If you caught him looking at you, and you think it meant something, try to get his attention again and see if it does mean something . If you do catch him looking at you again then he's probably attracted to to in some way. Good luck. I hope I've helped.
