Help my mum always shouts at me?

I do everything for her and I still get into trouble I don't stay in my room all day like my sister I don't make Facebook or Twitter without her permission but still she always shouts at me and when my sister does something to me my mum blames me and says I'm evil and I like starting arguements with my sister. I'm not allowed to do anything I can't go out with friends but my sister is allowed.

If I tell her she says my sister is older then me I am 13 and my sister is 15 and she went out with friends at the age of 13.

What do I do??

i think your mom is afraid of letting you grow up.she has seen how ur sis reacts to stuff n she probably wants u to react in a diff. manner.also i think stress is the main case when parents shout.
