Facebook: Can a restricted person still search for mutual friends?
I restricted someone on Facebook, I am wondering if they can search for people on my friends list that they do not have on their friends list.
For example, I, "John" have put "Jack" on my restricted list. I have a friend named "Jane Doe". If "Jack" knows "Jane Doe's" First name and Last name, would "Jack" still be able to find her since it highlights mutual friend on the search engine? If so, should I delete this guy and block him? Ads |

He can find anyone that not restricted him. But be sure that not from your Mutual friend list. If he searches with the name of your Mutual friend he can obvious find him out. But it doesn't mean that he has searched him through your profile.
For Example: Jack can find "Jane Doe" searching for "Jane Doe" on facebook. It doesn't depend on that you are in Jane Doe's Friend list. Facebook wont let Jack crawl from your Mutual friend. It just from search function. Not from your part Ads |
