Pump n pose is legal so obtaining it isn't difficult. Honestly unless your an IFBB pro you shouldn't be messing around with that stuff anyway its for elite body builders and you'll probably just ruin your physique. However If you must stick to your calves and delts.

seo is a two part and never ending task. 1. on page seo - 4% keyword density, keyword must in title, good interlinking, link to higher page rank related site form body content,
2.backlink from high page rank sites like social book marking, rss directory, article directory, general directory, forums etc

nothing other then this will work for long run.

also you need a brandable domain, don't wast your time on free sub domains like blogspot.com, get your free domain from

Use effective <h1> tags (don't abuse them)

Lot's of text. Don't use images for text because Google won't be able to read it.

Good title tag. For news articles, use the name of your article in the title tag.

Your domain is searchable too. Try to have a domain name that isn't misspelled (that's hard I know since most are taken up). Also try to avoid using minus signs in your domain because search engines may think the word after the minus sign is being avoided.

Google doesn't really trust keywords, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't use them.

That's what I got.

There is no such thing as fool proof SEO. Do you know how many SEO companies are out there yet many of them can't get there own websites to the front pages. The same SEO strategies do not work for every website. Depending on the competition of your topic will depend on the strategy to use. Post lots of comments on other websites. Try to load up on a several websites that have a lot of recent posts. Anything after April 2011 is the best.

Yes.
1. Think about what a searcher is looking for that you hope to appear in the results for. If you are trying to sell something to them focus on buying keywords. For example, if you are selling widgets, target keywords such as "buy widgets", "buy green widgets", "widget sale" etc.
2. Check to see how competitive the keywords are. Avoid highly competitive keywords in large markets. For example, "buy ipod" will be hopeless unless you spend a lot of time, energy and $'s to rank for. Find niches that are less competitive.
3. Place the keywords appropriately in the content on your website. Place it in the title, place it in your content in the context of how you are trying to sell it. Don't stuff the keywords on your page. A couple of mentions is enough.
4. Write a good meta description that will draw searchers to click on your link. If your keyword is "buy green widgets", make sure that phrase appears near the beginning of the description and have any other offer in the description as well, like free shipping.
5. Make sure your site contains all the pages it needs such as privacy, terms, contact.
6. There are a few other on-page seo things you can do but these are the major ones that will alert the search engines to your content and draw visitors to your link. You can find free tools such as Traffic Travis that will point out other potential issues on your site.
7. Build backlinks that contain your keywords, are not spammy, and are placed gradually on a variety of other sites with page rank using quality content where your keywords fit into the content so it is readable. Depending on what you want to rank for, you may not need very many.
8. Do some blog commenting on other sites. Again avoid spammy stuff like "great article".
9. Avoid doing anything Google would classify as unnatural. Give Google what they want - Good content on your site, and good content on other sites that can tell Google your site is worth rendering in the results.
10. Get some social bookmarks.

Good luck to you.
