would you follow a person who unfollowed you a year ago? (please read the description)?

Last year I had an Instagram account, but I had to delete it because I was spending wayyy to much time on it. Before I deleted it, I unfollowed everyone. I can't remember why I did that, but now that I think about it, it was so stupid!!!
Now, I want to make a new account. So if you were one of the people who I unfollowed 1 year ago before I deleted my account, would you not want to follow me back on my new account?
I haven't made my account yet because I don't want people to be angry at me.
The reason I want to make an account is so that I can talk to my friends from my old school in a different state.

I would follow you back if you had unfollowed me. I think you should make another one and not worry about how everyone is going to feel
