Is there a way to send an automatic reply to a specific email?

I use Office 365 or outlook. I get emails at around 825 to 845 from a specific person and would like to have my email sent right when I get that email. are there auto replies I can set up the night before the email is sent. It is for an internship and we send out what articles we will write that day but sometimes I don't get to the computer in time and someone will email before me with articles that I was going to do.

In Outlook, go to Tools/Rules and Alerts. It is fairly easy to set up an auto response.
