help with ticketmaster?

I have a student discount code to use with ticketmaster but can't find anywhere to input it, I have went through all the steps right up until the final booking conformation yet kind find a place for this discount code on any of the pages. help?

on the page when you are selecting your credit card info there should be an option for voucher code right above the select payment method option with the pictures of different credit cards (i.e. Amercian Express/Visa/Mastercard) theres an arrow in front of "vocher code" pointing to the right click the arrow and it should point down revealing a place where you can enter and apply your code
