I don't know anyone who uses the Godaddy services, they are certainly not Godaddy's strong point.

You can do more in depth keyword research for free with Google Keyword Tool
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

You can find free demo mode search rank tools that handle more keywords:
The Rank Checker plugin for the Firefox browser is one example tool.
Another tool is the limited free trial version of the SEO Power Suit, this tool is available for multiple operating systems.
http://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/

You can set up your own self serve Adwords PPC account for a $10 deposit, there are $30 to $100 first time user vouchers floating around as well. You would probably create more careful campaigns that the Godaddy plan. (You would have to do some studying to be able to optimize your ads for conversion and higher qualify score for cost reduction)

Just getting a few links from other sites is generally enough to get your site listed in search engines without having to submit to them. The top 3 cover about 97% of searches.

You can find some interesting SEO service offers for $% from freelance operators at Fiverr.com, just don't but a pack of 1000 spambot links.

I will not recommend you this. You can get cheap packages than this that are more effective than this one. And the main thing is that you can not get attention from them. It will be better that you should choose some company or website that is dedicated for SEO. They will give you better support and reports than Godaddy. You will also feel comfortable while communicating with them. In case you do not get results you can claim back your money.

I think you need to compare this with the other who are in this. I think you will get a cheap package from the other professional for the same work.

Every website is different so always avoid packages. You end up paying for things that you don't need and not getting the stuff that you do.

GoDaddy's Premium plan is basically an interface for setting up pay per click ads on Google and Bing/Yahoo. You can do the same thing yourself for free without being a techie. On top of this if you link your Google Adwords account properly with your Google Analytics you can monitor the true effectiveness of your advertising and adjust as necessary.
