Question about online High School courses?
I am a Senior in Illinois but I failed about 2 of my Junior classes, since my school wasn't offering summer school, can I make those up with online high School courses and be able to graduate with my 2009 graduating class?
If so what are good online High Schools?

As far as I'm aware, it is not possible to be concurrently enrolled in two high-schools. Depending on the courses, as well as department of education policies and laws in your state, you may be able to concurrently en-roll at a local university or community college and receive both high-school and college credit for those courses. Most community colleges and universities offer various courses online.

The first thing to do would be to talk with your counselor about doing this, what are your options and depending on your choice - would those credits transfer back. Regardless of you completing the courses and getting credit, it is ultimately up to your public school on whether or not they transfer them in for your requirements. So, always get the "ok" first before you sign up for individual courses. I am a teacher for an online high school, CompuHigh/Whitmore School. We offer open enrollment year round for both our individual courses and our diploma programs, so a student can start at any time with us.

I am providing the link to our accreditation page as well, and you are more than welcome to look through our site to learn more about our program, and gain a better understanding of what things you may look for in your quest. There is also a contact link on our website should you find you have any questions.
