How can I get my facebook account back?
My facebook and email were hacked and I don't remember my security questions for facebook and I can't really do it through friends but i have ID and ive sent that a few times but i havent gotten anything back

You try to login and see the prompt messages you are getting now.
If you are getting some verification notifications then either through mobile sms verification or verifying your friends photos you can get through the verification process and get on back your facebook account.
