I would like to buy a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and I have the money. The problem is that I live with my family. If i buy a VPN will it slow down my internet, anyone know I'm using it, and does everyone else in the house (siblings with four other computers) have to be connected to it? Can i just download it and know one has to know I have it? What is the best VPN to buy. Thanks in advance.
