HELP !! I can't access other websites !!?

its been 5 days since i have no access in other websites like http://windows.microsoft.com piratebay,se and many more. I have visit a lot of forums about ip address, proxies, tcp and even malwares-spywares but still i have no idea how to fix this. I can't also open all facebook apps. I cant figure out the problem here, last time I encountered a Pop-AD that completely annoyed me every 5 minutes but i managed to fix this after 3 days . Is their any relation with that. please help me..

That pop up ad may have installed a terrible program(spyware malware) onto your computer (5days is definetlly a long enough time to install theese programs.take your computer to a computer specialist. Or it may be something obvous that you miss (when im annoyed i miss tiny details like shutting off the internet it trolled me for hours)

May be there's something wrong with internet. Look for the internet connection speed..
