where to download google chrome?

where can i download google chrome? every time i search for it i end up back at the google homepage. a URL would be fantastic.

Not available from google till the press conference:

"Google is holding a press-conference at 11am PDT in their Mountain View head quarters. The download of the Google Chrome Browser should begin around that time. "

As per some articles I found, Google Chrome will be available for download as soon as USA will wake up, but as even in LA is 8 AM and the download page is not active yet, i think this was only a bluff.
Google announced (see sources) that it will be released as public Beta today, on 2nd of September, and yes, just after the conference.
