Is it possible to have hard cable while living on base and have your own high speed internet connection?

If you live in housing or the Dorms. You will have your own cable running to your dorm room, but if the Military wants to monitor it, they can. Regardless if you are in your own room, you are still on Government Property and if they have reason to believe something is going on, they can monitor you internet connection. That includes the people that live in post housing.
