what should i do about my old best friend?

So, my best friend is a guy and he and i met back in sixth grd. now we're in eighth. We became best friends right away, we did almost everything together and he and i used to talk and the phone for hours, etc. but then suddenly something happened and we stopped being friends. i guess he thought i had said something about him, when i never did. so now its been two years, and well, a few weeks back we went to see the divergent movie with almost all the grd eights, so we were kinda forced to go together. but during tht time he was rlly nice to me and once i got home, i got a friend request on fb from him. ever since he made the first move for us to be friends again...things have been different. a good different. but after we stopped being friends, he had replaced me with this other girl. he looks at her the way he used to look at me. Just today i saw then high five after a game of capture the flag. seeing tht...made me so mad....knowing tht he had replaced me with another girl hurts. i cant just stand around and do nothing! i have to do something..but what? i was thinking ignore him and if he rlly wants me back as a friend he will keep trying. but i noe tht not all guys r up for the chase....so any advice? (i may have a crush on him...idk my feelings r in a mess and i dont think he likes me anyway...he probably likes tht girl he replaced me with, since she is considered the prettiest girl in eighth grd.... :'( )

Apparently there are feelings involved
beyond just friendship. Keep this in
mind: he went out of his way to
reconnect with you. Instead of
"doing something" which will
more than likely backfire and
make you look like a bitch,
I suggest that you just let
things develop in whatever
way they are going to unfold.
