how to overcome jealousy?

sometimes im on twitter or instagram and ill see something awesome and become overwhelmed by jealousy..my face starts to feel hot, my throat gets dry and i instantly lose interest in whatever i am doing. i have a boyfriend but im not the jealous gf type. im usually jealous of my girl friends/acquantinces. im prettysure it happens to everyone but are there any tips on dealing with it that have been proven effective?

When I gave my life to Christ, no longer do I have that problem anymore. I don't know if you have a relationship with Jesus, but this is from a spiritual perspective. I overcame a lot of things since my walk with Christ...jealously being one of them, maybe someone will tell you differenty, but this is what helped me over come it..just know what you're worth and that someone else could look at your pics and be jealous of you..
