if someone liked a photo on Facebook and it shows that they liked the photo, if i comment on that photo with someone else name like tag it in the comments, would all of there friends know about it? or would it notify that one person only?

if you liked it it will not notify anyone except the poster, as if you commented the tagged people will be notified, but the friends of tagged people will not be notified but the post will be on the "Home" of there friends
