Users can no longer close advertisement on home page of Yahoo?
Just an observation, that once again, the usability of Yahoo home page succumbs to the quest for revenue, by now completely removing the ability for the user to close the HUGE BANNER AD THAT TAKES UP THE TOP SIX INCHES OF THE FKING HOME PAGE.
RIDICULOUS!!! FORCE USERS TO SEE THOSE ADVERTISEMENTS.. FAILURE TO GROW as a Home page SPELLS DISASTER for Yahoo. which would be their just reward for screwing up the home page with ads. Ads |

If you mean the huge banner ads on the Yahoo Mail's page, this add-on is made to fix exactly that. (You should first stop using Internet Explorer if you still using that, and install a better browser):
'Yahoo Mail Hide Ad Panel': Firefox version https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...deadpanel/ Chrome version: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...fipbmjagle |

I just closed one for Netflix. There was an x in the top right corner of the ad. But I have noticed some don't I guess it just depends on the ad.
