There is this guy at college and i am friends with him through his sister and we say hi every now and then but i really like him and i need a way to start talking to him more and make him think of me in another way.
But annoyingly he doesn't have a mobile or Facebook so i can't talk to him through that.

If you just say hi then you aren't actually in the friendzone start up a light casual fun conversation. Keep it short and sweet. That's it. Soon enough he'll initiate them and he doesn't need to be the one to ask you to hang out, drop the bomb. It takes guys by surprise and they love it. Ask him to go for coffee or have lunch and bam. basically, skip past the casual greeting, and start an actual conversation. Once things become more casual and you have more conversations then tease him, you know, for example if he says he was tired, he was up late. laugh at him and bitchly say 'well, i think we all know why that was..' guys love a good innuendo, especially when a girl says it (or if they're homosexual, then the same sex). Lots of boys also like a girl who's confident with sexual content, when they dont care about bringing it up and they dont get embarrassed. So tease him, make a joke; call him fat, call him a perv, joke around about meeting up later to have sex. it all works
