How come I can't see or write the comments in YouTube videos right now?

Refreshing don't work, it's happened with every video I've looked at, there is no option to comnment on the video and even when I try to go to see all comments, I just get a blank screen

You should be able to. They did update the YouTube comment section a little while ago..try refreshing?

If you're using Google Chrome with "Ad Blocker": Disable Ad Blocker for Youtube, "refresh" and the comments should appear. Unfortunately, you have to watch some ads now, but it worked for me.

Try signing out of your Youtube account, and then view a video.
