Need help with XFBML! codes on Facebook!?

I got delegated to make the Facebook fan page for a large brain surgeons office. I thought it was gonna be cut and dry but I need to use XFBML to make it look good. My question is, are there any reference guides, also im using this inside facebook, So where would I upload my pictures so that when I put a code in it will link to the picture. because im not doing this from an outside server. Im somewhat familiar with HTML.. But any help at all would be greatly app.!

Don't ask here. Go to all the Facebook developer's pages and get answers about FB's coding and APIs.
