why won't google chrome let me sign in to youtube?

why won't google chrome let me sign in to youtube?
every time i click sign in on YouTube with Google chrome it says that the web address is temporarily down or permanently moved but when i try on other browsers(e.g Firefox and internet explorer 9)it lets me sign in and its not just YouTube its a few other sites as well can any one help please?

it will apear to you that it is signing in to google use your youtube account and then open youtube then your signed in Smile

uninstall it and reinstall
and sign into google and link your account with ur youtube and then just go to youtube and youll be signed in
