Help selling on eBay?

I sold and nintendo ds lite on eBay an forgot to say that the hinge is broken an now the lady is saying what should she do about it so should I just stop taking to her or what help and can she like get it for free or somthing

If you stop talking to her, there will be a high rate for her to open a case on eBay which would allow her to obtain a full refund for the item.

I suggest asking the lady if she would prefer a full refund, partial refund, or if she does not mind the broken hinge.

In the event that you do stop talking to her entirely, what will happen is, if she opened a case on eBay and you did not respond to the case, the money would automatically be refunded to her; essentially, a 'free' DS like you said.
