Change privacy settings on facebook!?

So i wanted to send a picture to a friend through fb messenger and it keeps saying it doesnt allow app to share my pictures how can i change that!?????!!!?

Go to your apps list ( http://www.facebook.com/bookmarks/apps )
Find the name of the app you are using to share your picture and click on Edit ( the pencil logo beside the name ), go to edit settings and see if you can adjust it there.

upload the picture to a place like tinypic.com and then send them the URL it gives you instead
