You can't do that on Facebook. Last time, Facbeook allowed people to hide their friend lists; now, they can't.

You can hide it from people who aren't your friends by going on your profile and clicking on the little pencil icon where your friends are and unticking the box to hide them from non friends.
You can't hide your friends list from any of your friends though.
