Shared LAN/Internet Connection?

Hi there,

Okay, I'm looking to set up a shared internet connection between my two home PC's. Here's me spec;

x1 XP Pro PC - This has the Main internet connection via wireless
x1 Vista Home - I want to connect this to the XP machine, share files ect and use the internet through it

I'm looking to do all of this using LAN cable that I can connect between them both.

you can run a crossover cable between them (this is not a standard ethernet cable, that wont work, must be crossover). then set up internet connection sharing on xp machine and it will act as a router for the vista box. but, consider that it would be much simpler to just connect vista to wireless network directly.
