JVC Everio GZ-E10 Importing Question?

So when I import video onto my computer from my JVC Everio the video quality is awful, it's like it's streaming the video or something. its jumpy and awful, and you can barely hear the sound. It looks fine when I watch it on the camera but not when I download it on the computer. I have done Everio Media Browsing but still getting nothing, please help me!!!

this most likely a case of your computer trying to do too many tasks at once. try closing your internet connection and any other applications, that should smooth things up a bit. HD video requires a lot of the computer.
