Does anyone know what it means on twitter when people put ">>>>" or "<<<<" after a sentence?
For example, a person is like: A guy with abs >>> or something like that. I see on twitter all the time but not quite sure what it is... Someone fill me in

In general > indicates a preference or a liking for something. It can be used in the format dog>cat (I like dogs better than cats) or by itself. The more characters, the stronger the liking.
I would read your example as someone admiring the guy < means the opposite, a dislike. However they are both also used as "arrow" signs to draw attention to something. Ads |
